"I'm afraid Richard Branson has nicked the idea," says Duncan Goose, with a look of pure exasperation. Across the table, in a large meeting room overlooking the back end of Heathrow airport, a group of executives frown supportively.
"I had this idea for a promotional book," Goose explains, "a version of Change the World for a Fiver, which we would package with the One water brand and sell at airports - call it Change the World While You Fly. But Branson wants to do exactly the same thing, and he's got the whole airline and all his passengers, and the people behind the book can choose who they go with, and so they went with him? ......
