The largest international aid charity in North Jersey operates out of a small basement office in Paramus -- and that represents a major expansion. Until a couple of years ago, the Share and Care Foundation for India was run from a room in its founder's home.
Yet over the past 25 years, the group has distributed tens of millions of dollars' worth of cash, clothing, medical equipment, educational supplies and other aid to disaster victims and residents of some of the neediest communities in the world.
