Make Music - Raise Money - SAVE LIVES

Along with many other individuals around the country we will be holding a number of music events to help raise money for the charity organisation Oxfam. Called "Oxjam", the aim is to successfully promote and run a massive amount of events like no other. This October will hopefully be the biggest month of the live music calendar and is aimed at being on the same par as Live 8.

There's no limit on how big, or small the events are. From classical to club night, Mambo to metal, it's Live 8 in your back garden or local pub... All this will add up to one huge, UK-wide, Oxjam festival - raising hundreds of thousands of pounds to fight poverty.

Oxjam is Oxfam's nationwide music festival and will be happening for the whole of October.

We are looking for people in Nottingham to put on music events in October to raise money for Oxfam.

Or if you have an event already planned in October; that can just be 'tagged' with the Oxjam name with money from the night being donated to Oxfam.
